I work as the CAAR Employment Counsellor/Coach/ Mentor. I assist in implementing and documenting the apprentice and training support and services developed throughout the project. We will be visiting a number of communities in the next few months. Community ads and notices of our visits will be sent out in advance to better inform and reach out to those interested in our programs. If you are busy working at the time we are in your community, we can work flexible hours and accommodate you. Remember we are also a phone call away. We are here to help you from the intake process where we guide you through the application form and explain the assessments and verifications required for our apprenticeship programs. And if you are looking for employment, we can also help you fill out our employment application form and that you can in turn, use as a guide when preparing your resume. Generally, we try and answer all the questions you may have and that could include what to expect while in the programs. Overall, we want to help you succeed.
