At Ellis Don we've tried to work closely with Bob and we've encouraged all the subcontractors to do as much as they can when they're hiring apprentices to recruit the guys through SLAAMB. We are also unionized companies here so we still have to go through the unions and I understand that there is an understanding between the trade unions and SLAAMB. And I think that so far has been working fine. Right now as far as Ellis Don's field employee's are concerned fifty percent are First Nations, Subcontractors Form and Pour right now has four Apprentice Carpenters.
