Ernie Buswa, Hydro One Employment Coordinator
Provides assistance to the Hydro One training staff and project participants both in the community and while on any training being provided.
Using the resources of the Kenora Apprenticeship office and Hydro Once consultants, the Employment Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering appropriate learning interfaces for participants, e.g. online chat to verify progress of participants; delivering video seminars on topics geared to small groups; information bulletins on available work, upcoming courses and fact sheets; and a variety of life skills and pre-emloyment workshops and seminars.
